From the initial planning stages to clean up after the reception, Amy and Taylor were there every step of the way, ready to provide whatever support was needed. They gave incredibly helpful suggestions when we were figuring out the layout of the venue and the flow of the event, and they worked tirelessly and incredibly efficiently when it came time to set up the space.
On the day of the wedding, they were our heroes. They oversaw the event staff, they made sure all the last minute details were taken care of, and they were so kind and accommodating to our guests.
It was so reassuring to know that we had thoughtful, professional point-people there to handle all the different vendors, deliveries, and everything else that comes with having a big event.
As theatre artists, Amy and Taylor are used to collaborating, problem solving, and organizing chaos. They brought that same artistic spirit to our wedding, doing everything from figuring out the A/V systems at our venue, to timing out our processional, to making sure every corner of the space looked beautiful.

Amy and Taylor have the perfect combination of warmth and firmness, whether discussing plans with the bride and groom or managing on-site vendors and eager, opinionated family members.
And they truly can do anything they put their minds to, and they do it beautifully. When we expressed concern about our budget and flowers, they offered to take on the florals themselves and went so far above and beyond what we could have imagined. [producingbody] did more than just coordinate our wedding; they were our “The Big Day" directors and designers. They built our florals, decorated the venue, and made everything look gorgeous and cohesive. On the day, they ran the entire show flawlessly. They handled all of the moving pieces so we could actually be present and enjoy our wedding, and even cleaned up at the end of the night so we didn’t have to. It is evident how much care Amy and Taylor put into any project they work on.
